Yes we do. We typically book about 2-4 weeks out.
Turnaround time varies by project. We are generally quite speedy with our work and we understand you are very eager to get things up and running. If you are doing a full prophoto advanced or wordpress advanced project turnaround time is 6-8 weeks depending on the timely manner in which you delivery content and images to us. If you are doing a prophoto or wordpress basic site turnaround time is 2-4 weeks and this also is dependent on the timely manner in which we receive material from you. Theme customizations are on a case by case basis and we will let you know more about turnaround time once we have discussed your specific needs.
Yes, we offer payment plans. For projects costing $400 or less, 100% is due at the time of booking. For projects exceeding $400 half the balance is due at signing and the remainder of the balance is due upon completion of your project.
For custom designs, we will send you an invoice online in which you can pay via paypal or credit card.
Yes, you will be sent a contract following the approval of your proposal. Your contract will be signed electronically by both you and us and you will receive a pdf copy delivered to your email upon completion.
We are so glad you are looking at our pre-made theme designs. Before you buy, take a look at the tips below to help walk you through the process:
1. First, be sure that you have a hosting account, domain name and are running wordpress.org and NOT wordpress.com. Our themes do not work with wordpress.com as it does not accept custom theme uploads. Determine if you will be using prophoto or just a regular wordpress theme.
2. Browse our design shop and choose the theme you like.
3. Next, you’ll unzip the template file that you downloaded after you purchased. There is a detailed pdf instruction manual in there to help walk you through the process step-by-step! Don’t worry about a new design changing your content. Only your design will change, all of your page and post content will remain in tact!
4. If you run into any problems, just email us and we will be happy to help you.
Our online shop accepts paypal only. If we are doing custom work for you we accept all major credit cards as well and can send you an invoice to pay that way online.
You sure can! All the themes allow for your logo upload and some for your own header. Some color customizations can be done with most of the themes. It is your responsibility to figure out the sizing. The instructions and included assets give you dimensions.
You bet we do! If you are having issues with a theme please shoot us an email and we will be happy to check things out. If you need help with installation or set up there will be an additional fee, but the good news is that we offer the service of setting everything up for you so you don’t have to fuss.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. It is your responsibility to be sure you have the required software to use the template you purchase.
Photoshop is not necessary to use our wordpress themes. There are some graphic features that you won’t be able to customize if you do not have photoshop, but it will still look fabulous. The slider included with the themes will automatically crop your photos for you. You won’t have as much control, but it will still do it for you if there is no way for you to do that on your own.
